Crickets of Cascadia began with brothers Mark (lead vocals, guitar) and Scott (bass, backing vocals), with Andy (keys, guitar, backing vocals) and Sean (drums) joining the fold.  Always a full-band collaboration, each member has his role in the songwriting/arranging process.  Their sound is high-energy, pristine indie-pop with prominent keyboards and samples, with some songs being downright danceable.  Having just released their new EP, they came by the 103.1 KCDA Local Lounge this past Sunday to give a free preview and perform several songs live as a full band in our studio.
