Some folksy three-part harmonies on our stage!

What started as the mutual side project of Marshall McLean and Adam Miller has grown into a fully-fledged band.  The Horse Thieves started as a name and a concept: a modern take on classic country songwriting.  From there, an album name was devised: "Outlaw Ballads," inspired from an Arlo Guthrie concert.  Song names were then constructed, which served as inspiration for the tunes themselves, which had yet-to-be written.  Later, Fawn Dasovich joined on keyboards, guitar, and an additional line of harmony.  Adam's brother Jordan has completed the line-up on drums, whenever he and Adam are not touring with Black Taxis in Europe.  Three-quarters of The Horse Thieves will bring their intimate sounds to the 103.1 KCDA Local Lounge this Sunday, performing four songs live in the studio and letting you preview four tracks from their upcoming CD.
