Yes, that's the name of these Portland indie folk rockers!
They got their start in April and have expanded to include violin. Indie pop/rock is their core style, but with some folk and country influences. They have a quirky sense of humor, but they also have a clear melodic sensibility. Although they are Portland based, a few members are from the Spokane area. They have already performed at Calypso's in Coeur d'Alene and at The Blue Spark in recent months, and they will return to Spokane for a gig at The BLVD the day after Thanksgiving. This Sunday And I Was Like, What? will perform several songs live as a full band in the Local Lounge and spin some tracks from their EP "Grand Delusions," which comes with a charming tracklist recycled from vintage Chinese restaurant receipts...no joke!
