VanMarter Project takes their name from their old rehearsal space on Van Marter Road in the Spokane Valley.  Since their last appearance on the Local Lounge in late 2009, they have been working hard on refining their sound, and in doing so have made some major accomplishments.  Recently, they have been signed to Hydrus Media, their songs have been played as backing music in The Discovery Channel's "Catchin' Air" series, plus they've released their new CD "Don't Look Back" this past Monday, and created a professional music video for the title track.  In doing so, their musical skills and profound faith are now reaching larger and larger audiences.  This Sunday, VanMarter Project will return to the Local Lounge as a fully-amped band to perform some live songs, spin new CD cuts, and talk about their exciting musical journey.
